This document contains the terms and conditions governing your use of the 1rokok platform. Please read it carefully before using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1rokok platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms contained herein, you must cease using our platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1rokok as the platform operator. They apply in conjunction with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide which together form the full terms of use for the platform.
The 1rokok platform is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 1rokok reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account if this requirement is found to be unmet.
2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 1rokok will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
1rokok reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to be in breach of these terms, involved in fraud, money laundering attempts, bonus abuse, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform. Account closure decisions are final, and any eligible remaining balance will be returned subject to investigation.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As a 1rokok platform user, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. You not permitted to:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law;
- Copying, distributing, or modifying any platform content without prior written consent from 1rokok;
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or operate the platform;
- Disrupting or interfering with the normal operation of the platform or its related systems;
- Sharing your login credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account;
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or in any transaction;
- Engaging in any activity that could be considered market manipulation or fraud.
Failure to comply with any of the above rules may result in appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 1rokok platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details provided are accurate and belong to them. 1rokok does not accept payments made using third-party accounts.
Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go e-Wallet, FPX, and Malaysian online banking. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by method and are subject to change. The latest transaction limit information will be displayed within the user's account.
All withdrawals are subject to our identity verification process. 1rokok reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for investigation if there are signs of unusual activity or fraud. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through illegitimate means will be blocked and reported.
1rokok is not responsible for processing delays caused by third parties, including banks or e-wallet operators.

The 1rokok platform may contain references to third-party services or platforms. 1rokok has no control over such third-party content and accepts no responsibility for any loss arising from the use of those external services. Users are advised to read the relevant third-party terms and conditions before using them.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
1rokok reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Users are advised to check this page periodically to stay up to date with the latest version of our terms. If you do not agree with any changes made, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
